Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- 5 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Bid/Project Management
- Experience in electrification, battery systems, automotive, or mobility sectors (ideal)
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and technical products
- Ability to define and execute market strategies
- First experience in team coordination, mentoring, or leadership
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and analytical mindset
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented with prioritization skills
- Curiosity and ability to navigate complex environments
Tasks
- Manage strategic key accounts, including governance and commercial steering
- Lead the local sales team on commercial aspects
- Drive business development and existing business growth
- Provide daily coaching and development for the sales team
- Structure workflows, reporting routines, and performance metrics
- Define and adapt sales strategies aligned with global objectives
- Build and maintain short, mid, and long-term sales pipelines
- Identify and penetrate new markets, focusing on fragmented customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to acquisition
- Negotiate pricing and conditions for existing and targeted businesses
- Draft contracts and understand service level agreements
- Ensure internal contract compliance
- Lead RFQ processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to strong technical and commercial pitches
- Analyze market trends and customer needs
- Identify growth opportunities through competitive analysis
- Represent OPmobility at industry events
- Strengthen brand visibility and generate leads
- Build strong relationships with customers and decision-makers
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical solutions
- Coordinate with internal functions for smooth execution
- Ensure customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration
- Improve internal sales processes, tools, and best practices
- Adhere to ISO and IRIS standards
- Monitor performance using KPIs
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to management
