Requirements

• •Proven leadership and team management skills
• •Direct experience managing vehicle builds and data collection campaigns

Tasks

• •Own program strategy, budget, and scope
• •Manage changes and track KPIs across the project portfolio
• •Escalate critical issues as needed
• •Oversee vehicle builds and manage ADAS data logging systems
• •Control traceability of all hardware and software configurations
• •Define and execute the global validation strategy
• •Lead international data collection campaigns
• •Manage OEM acceptance testing and homologation
• •Serve as the main technical interface to customers
• •Translate requirements and analyze their impact on builds, cost, and timing
• •Manage external relationships effectively
• •Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• •Facilitate decision-making and ensure team readiness
