Requirements

  • •Solid experience with Power BI, BW Analyzer, and other BI tools
  • •Knowledge of data modeling and DAX for advanced analytics
  • •Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics)
  • •Experience with automation tools and AI-driven analytics
  • •Understanding of segmentation techniques and predictive analytics
  • •In-depth understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • •Ability to analyze segments and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • •Ability to interpret performance metrics to support strategic decisions
  • •Ability to identify inefficiencies and design smarter workflows
  • •Strong understanding of digital product portfolios and monetization strategies
  • •Fluency in German (business fluent) and English (fluent) – both written and spoken

  • •Integrate and validate data from multiple sources
  • •Provide actionable recommendations for strategic planning
  • •Train sales teams on BI tools and dashboards
  • •Analyze sales workflows and design efficient processes
  • •Automate repetitive tasks like forecasting and KPI monitoring
  • •Ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems
  • •Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on strategies
  • •Define KPIs and success metrics for digital campaigns
