Requirements
- •1-2 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales
- •Experience in Payments or FinTech industry
- •Background in Partnerships, Consulting, or Marketing
- •Strong team player
- •Ability to work independently and as a team member
- •Proven work ethic and strong drive to learn
- •Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar applications
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Set up and manage the qualification process for inbound leads in the DACH region
- •Serve as the first point of contact for new business prospects
- •Determine next steps for each prospect moving forward
- •Set up and deliver outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools
- •Identify and target new potential partners in the DACH region
- •Support Sales Managers with outbound tactics and lead generation efforts
- •Assist in onboarding new prospects
- •Act as a brand ambassador at internal and external company events
- •Demonstrate the value of Adyen's products in various forums
- •Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, partner, and account management teams
