Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or comparable discipline
  • 5+ years experience in sales, business development or alliance management within pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets, distribution structures, market access approaches, regulatory frameworks
  • Proven track record in managing distributor partnerships, contract negotiations, driving sustainable revenue growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strategic, results-oriented approach
  • Strong intercultural skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in German and another major European language (e.g. Italian or Swedish) (advantage)
  • Persuasive, resilient professional
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas (required)
