Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or comparable
  • At least 5 - 10 years of relevant professional experience in Project Planning and Risk Management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, results-driven approach
  • Persuasiveness and resilience with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in using standard MS Office programs and project management tools (MS Project, Planner etc.)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German (B1)

Tasks

  • Develop and implement product integration strategy
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for regulatory approvals
  • Manage onboarding of Contract Manufacturing Organizations
  • Oversee tech transfers and production delivery
  • Identify and implement timeline optimizations
  • Escalate important topics to leadership
  • Manage external stakeholders effectively
  • Take ownership of issue identification and resolution
  • Navigate complex interdependencies and market challenges
  • Make informed decisions quickly across stakeholders
  • Oversee market launch to achieve expected EBITDA
  • Ensure health authority approvals for production and packaging
  • Provide strategic updates and risk assessments to leadership
  • Translate project complexity into actionable insights
