- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business studies or related fields
- Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced organization
- Experience utilizing SQL, GSheets and other tools for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools
- Excellent organization skills and communication skills
- Mandatory English language skills
- Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking or Sales Operations
- Previous CRM experience
Tasks
- Lead sales initiatives aligned with market needs
- Identify trends and opportunities for sales improvements
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders
- Create detailed sales forecasts and performance reports
- Identify target dealers and support volume target setting
- Develop tools to help teams achieve their targets
- Conduct in-depth market analysis
- Gather and analyze market data to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Partner with VP Sales, Country Directors, Finance, BI, and Marketing
