  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with key quality standards
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%

Tasks

  • Manage assigned commercial accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with customers and internal functions
  • Increase market share and maintain current business
  • Serve as primary contact between customers and internal teams
  • Lead and manage RFQs end-to-end
  • Lead quoting process for OEMs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Document best practices
  • Support customer-driven initiatives across divisions
  • Negotiate with customers
  • Coordinate with Business Development
  • Secure new business opportunities
  • Lead complex sales projects
  • Resolve account issues
  • Ensure timely contract closures
  • Update the Sales Director
  • Support commercial launches
  • Gather market insights
  • Prepare and present OEM business reviews
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage claims and negotiations under tight deadlines
  • Act with integrity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
