Requirements
- •Up to 1 year of full-time experience in sales, marketing, BDR roles, or internships
- •Competitiveness and self-motivation
- •Strong communication skills
- •Proactive growth mindset
- •Fluency in English
- •Advantageous knowledge of German, Spanish, or another European language
- •Experience with sales tools and CRM upkeep
- •Prior work in startup, SaaS, or cloud/technology space
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- •Proven success in academics, sports, or extracurricular activities

- •Drive growth through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
- •Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and approach target accounts
- •Conduct discovery calls to assess lead fit based on the Ideal Customer Profile
- •Innovate and refine outreach tactics to engage prospects
- •Work with Marketing and Sales teams to create early-stage revenue opportunities
- •Exceed quarterly targets for initial meetings with qualified prospects
- •Maintain knowledge of Buynomics’ offerings, industry trends, and customer challenges
