Tasks
- Lead S/4HANA brownfield conversion of 18 SAP ECC systems
- Act as Siemens counterpart for turnkey delivery with SAP
- Manage program scope, milestones, and commercial escalations
- Oversee program governance, planning, and budgeting
- Manage program risks and executive reporting
- Chair program steering committee meetings
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
- Define and drive ERP simplification strategy
- Ensure consistent architectural decisions across rollout waves
- Oversee migration activities for SAP RISE
- Manage cloud readiness, data migration, and hypercare
- Ensure lifecycle management of compatibility packs through 2033
- Build and lead a cross-functional PMO
- Integrate Siemens, SAP, and strategic partners in PMO
- Define, publish, and govern global ERP target architecture
- Establish ERP standards, principles, and guidelines
- Drive ERP landscape simplification across business units
- Act as final authority for architecture decisions
- Sign off on integration and functional testing
- Maintain and evolve ERP technology roadmap
- Incorporate innovations like SAP BTP, AI/ML, and clean-core
- Ensure seamless integration with adjacent enterprise platforms
- Represent ERP domain in Enterprise Architecture Board
- Provide binding decisions on cross-system topics
- Enhance ERP reference architecture documentation
- Enable knowledge transfer across global IT teams
- Drive innovation initiatives and proof-of-concepts
- Leverage S/4HANA capabilities for innovation
