Requirements

  • 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams
  • Experience in Live Entertainment, Ticketing, or SaaS
  • 5+ years in full-cycle sales
  • Understanding of long-term relationship building
  • Understanding of high-stakes negotiations
  • Proactive, hands-on leadership approach
  • Deep proficiency in pipeline management
  • Deep proficiency in revenue predictability
  • Ability to switch between vertical strategy and deal involvement
  • Sharp focus on metrics and results
  • Using data to steer team and optimize GTM
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events
  • Business fluency in German
  • Business fluency in English
  • Additional languages are a plus

Tasks

  • Champion the DACH Live Entertainment scene
  • Partner with major festival and concert operators
  • Lead high-impact deals with C-level executives
  • Build and mentor a team of Account Executives
  • Transform BDRs into sophisticated AEs
  • Collaborate on the GTM strategy for Live Entertainment
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
  • Deepen understanding of the live entertainment ecosystem
  • Represent vivenu at key industry events
  • Support customers on-site at major events
