- 5+ years in full-cycle sales

- Deep proficiency in pipeline management
- Deep proficiency in revenue predictability
- Ability to switch between vertical strategy and deal involvement
- Sharp focus on metrics and results
- Using data to steer team and optimize GTM
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events
- Business fluency in German
- Business fluency in English
- Additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Champion the DACH Live Entertainment scene
- Partner with major festival and concert operators
- Lead high-impact deals with C-level executives
- Build and mentor a team of Account Executives
- Transform BDRs into sophisticated AEs
- Collaborate on the GTM strategy for Live Entertainment
- Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
- Deepen understanding of the live entertainment ecosystem
- Represent vivenu at key industry events
- Support customers on-site at major events
