Robot Sales GTM Specialist(m/w/x)
Planning and executing go-to-market activities for robotics products, translating features into compelling messaging. 1-3 years of B2B go-to-market experience in robotics or automation preferred. Room for creativity, personal development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, Communications, Product Management, Marketing, or related field with robotics industry knowledge
- 1–3 years experience in go-to-market, product marketing, marketing operations, sales enablement, or event marketing within international B2B environment (robotics, automation related preferred)
- Strong interest in robotics, automation, or complex technical products; ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Proven ability to translate product features into customer-facing value propositions
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments with multiple parallel initiatives
- Proficient in MS Office, basic Photoshop, and video editing tools
- Basic skills in photography, video editing, or demo content creation are a plus
- Fluent speaking and written skills in English and German; Mandarin preferred; additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Plan and execute go-to-market activities
- Transfer product features into compelling messaging
- Support new product introductions
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering
- Localize marketing and sales materials
- Ensure consistent product representation
- Coordinate robot demo showcases
- Define demo concepts and target profiles
- Collect feedback on product reception
- Manage inbound leads and sales inquiries
- Analyze lead flow and campaign performance
- Track and report on GTM performance
- Support sales team needs
- Coordinate cross-regional communication
- Contribute to process optimization
