- •Completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical/electronics engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of professional experience in vehicle testing
- •Experience with ADAS or autonomous driving testing
- •Background in operational environments
- •Strong affinity for data and data analysis
- •High motivation to learn new technologies and work in a fast-moving environment
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •High willingness to travel internationally
- •Business-level fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

- •Participate in test and feature planning meetings
- •Prepare and conduct escalations for development delays
- •Manage global road test activities for feature rollouts
- •Assess training needs for new features
- •Conduct test drives
