Tasks
- Align risk management with organizational framework, strategy, and appetite
- Conduct and document risk and control self-assessments
- Educate and train staff on risk responsibilities
- Oversee and challenge risk event management
- Demonstrate understanding of liquidity risk management and stress testing
- Monitor and challenge trading risk exposure
- Provide risk reports and updates to senior management and the Board
- Participate in new product approval, identifying and mitigating risks
- Report and track key risk and performance indicators
- Promote universal risk management responsibility
