Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or GRC roles, ideally in FinTech, payments, or other highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, and internal control frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, or similar)
- Ability to support the creation and improvement of risk policies and procedures in a scaling environment
- Knowledge of European financial regulations (BaFin, EBA, GDPR, PSD2) and operational resilience best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and attention to detail
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
Tasks
- Shape and implement Nelly’s risk management framework
- Enhance internal controls for operational efficiency and compliance
- Assess vendors and partners for third-party risk management
- Support business continuity and resilience initiatives
- Design and test disaster recovery and contingency plans
- Create risk dashboards and management reports
- Translate complex risk topics into actionable insights
