- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Ensure alignment with internal policies
- Ensure alignment with global governance expectations
- Lead and develop the RMS and ICS team
- Monitor enterprise-wide RMS/ICS risk assessments and scoping
- Drive control automation and digitalization
- Ensure consistent, high-quality RCM design and maintenance
- Serve as primary contact for the management board
- Serve as primary contact for the supervisory board
- Serve as primary contact for Internal and External Audit
- Manage periodic risk reporting to the Management Board
- Manage external risk reporting ('Lagebericht') per DRS 20
- Present ICS status updates to governance bodies
- Present key risks to governance bodies
- Present findings to governance bodies
