Revenue Technology Consultant - Salesforce(m/w/x)
Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for a global business data platform. 3-5 years of Salesforce, RevOps, or GTM systems experience required. Hybrid work, flex-time, and 30 days work abroad.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in Salesforce, RevOps, or GTM systems roles, ideally in SaaS
- Strong Salesforce skills (Flows, automation, data model)
- Experience with CPQ or quote-to-cash processes
- Familiarity with GTM tools (Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, meeting intelligence tools)
- Ability to understand business goals and design technical solutions
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using AI tools (Langdock, Claude Code)
- Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein features, AI-driven automation)
- Practical experience applying AI to sales or revenue workflows
- Salesforce certifications
- RevOps / Business Systems background
Tasks
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and CS stakeholders
- Identify revenue process inefficiencies
- Translate challenges into system improvements
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Enhance adjacent tools for speed and scalability
- Improve lead routing workflows
- Optimize pipeline management
- Streamline CPQ processes
- Enhance customer lifecycle management
- Reduce friction in core workflows
- Increase operational efficiency
- Ensure tools are user-friendly and well-integrated
- Support data quality and reporting
- Integrate AI for workflow enhancement
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities
