- •Bachelor’s Degree or equal experience in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Business Administration
- •3+ years of experience within a Technology company, or a Strategy or Tech Consulting firm
- •Analytical mindset and ability to generate insights from quantitative analyses
- •Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- •Database management and BI application experience, including Salesforce
- •Excel and PowerPoint skills
- •Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Clik)
- •Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- •Technical writing and project management experience
- •Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- •Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence)
- •Core skills in SQL for querying and managing databases
- •Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation
- •Builder mindset and excitement about creating something from nothing
- •Ability to partner with internal leaders and understand core business functions
- •Organized, responsive, and communicative
- •Leadership in managing cross-functional projects
- •Ability to solve complex problems through data analysis
