Tasks

  • Lead customer-oriented RGM projects to realize growth potential
  • Manage RGM levers including promotions, assortment, and trade terms
  • Implement sustainable RGM processes to identify commercial strategies
  • Translate RGM potentials into concrete commercial measures
  • Optimize product structures and promotional guidelines with Marketing
  • Analyze purchasing dynamics and market data
  • Derive and implement strategic recommendations with Sales and Marketing
  • Develop new pricing and condition strategies
  • Promote RGM methodology within the DACH Group organization
  • Integrate RGM thinking into budget and customer planning
  • Collaborate with Key Account Management, Marketing, and Controlling
  • Coordinate with international colleagues on RGM-based customer decisions
  • Report directly to the Sales Director
