- •Expertise in category management and strategy
- •Advanced negotiation and strategic sourcing skills

- •Master’s degree or equivalent qualification
- •5–7 years category management experience
- •Experience in international organizations ideally
- •Renewable energy or distribution experience plus

- •Define and own the strategic procurement category strategy
- •Design supplier portfolios and vendor lifecycle decisions
- •Optimize category performance for cost and agility
- •Lead annual category strategy and target-setting meetings
- •Steer central and local procurement teams
- •Allocate resources for strategic supplier management
- •Implement framework agreements with top-tier suppliers
- •Develop strategic relationships with key vendors
- •Guide teams on negotiation and commercial opportunities
- •Manage urgent pricing issues and market opportunities
- •Monitor category KPIs and market trends
- •Address performance deviations proactively
- •Review category targets with Managing Directors
- •Ensure alignment with local legal and sales entities
- •Build procurement team capabilities and foster collaboration
