Requirements
- University degree (Master’s/Ph.D) in quantitative field or economics
- Several years of experience in Business Analysis & Controlling, Reporting, Business/Marketing support
- Partnership building and collaboration skills
- Proven project management skills for complex projects
- Strong analytical background with actionable recommendations
- Strong financial acumen and financial modelling experience
- Complex analytics and large data manipulation skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (e.g. IQVIA) data
- Proficiency with quantitative and analytical tools
- SAP knowledge is an additional benefit
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Provide transparency and execute revenue growth management programs
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities
- Perform detailed analyses of company and competitor pricing
- Analyze product offerings, mix, and assortment management
- Manage promotion and trade term strategies
- Derive scenarios for value creation and business growth
- Conduct annual price strategy and price pack architecture workshops
- Support marketing with pricing for new product developments
- Lead trade term optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and finance to uncover saving potentials
- Improve ROI and pay for performance
- Support Gross to Net and channel strategy initiatives
- Lead local work for global market review project
- Improve key KPIs of value bricks
- Develop strong understanding of markets and trends
- Analyze competitive dynamics and value drivers
- Build comprehensive action plans
- Create and deliver effective presentations
- Communicate insights and recommendations to leaders
- Provide strategic consultancy and advice
- Contribute to Customer & Category Growth Home capability
- Support development of RGM best practices
- Share expertise across markets
