- 3-5+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, ESG/CSR, sustainability, or risk management, or relevant sustainability degree with early career experience
- Strong analytical skills for ESG/supply chain data insights
- Experience using Excel/Sheets and BI tools for reports/dashboards
- Familiarity with supplier audits and risk platforms (Sedex/SMETA, EcoVadis)
- Working knowledge of supply chain due diligence and regulations (human rights, modern slavery, environmental)
- Good understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, supplier management)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, interest in sustainability
- Proficient in English
