- 3 years professional experience in automotive/engineering
- Confident use of Catia, Creo, Prisma, and PDM tools
- Initial experience in process engineering
- Experience with CAD vehicle architecture
- Experience with quality tools (8D, statistical analysis, complaint management)
- Confident working with internal/external stakeholders
- Outgoing, communicative, assertive with good presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent German and English
Tasks
- Establish and maintain a network with customers, project managers, and stakeholders
- Serve as a central point of contact for high-voltage projects
- Collaborate across departments including sales, quality, and project management
- Use CAD tools and manage data exchange and installation space verification
- Apply general project management skills, including stage-gate and milestone management
- Initiate and manage change processes, linking TE to the customer's change management
- Act as a technical liaison between TE and the customer
- Analyze and interpret customer requirements and strategies
- Facilitate continuous information exchange with key areas within the company
- Control and guide decision-making processes
