Requirements

  • Master's or PhD degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics, computer science, physics, molecular biotechnology, or related discipline
  • Prior bioinformatics training in transcriptomics, epigenomics, and/or genomics

Tasks

  • Develop and standardize user-friendly data analysis pipelines for mutation calling.
  • Develop and standardize user-friendly data analysis pipelines for bulk and single-cell RNA-seq analysis.
  • Develop and standardize user-friendly data analysis pipelines for ChIP-seq/Cut&Run analysis.
  • Develop and standardize user-friendly data analysis pipelines for CRISPR screen analysis.
  • Develop and standardize user-friendly data analysis pipelines for DNA barcoding analysis.
  • Integrate large-scale single-cell RNA-seq datasets.
  • Develop user-friendly applications for data exploration.
  • Conduct data analysis for diverse scientific topics.
  • Collaborate with PhD students and postdocs on data analysis.
  • Train students and postdocs in basic data analysis pipeline implementation.
  • Train students and postdocs in bioinformatics workflows.
