Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Promotion (Informatik, angewandte Mathematik, Biologie oder vergleichbar)
  • Publikationen mit Erstautorenschaft in relevanten Journalen
  • Kompetenz in Labormethoden (PCR, Immunoblotting, Durchflusszytometrie)
  • Erfahrung mit In-vivo-Modellen
  • Nachweis Masernimpfstatus gemäß §23a IfSG

Tasks

  • Complement and strengthen work on the EU-funded MULTIR project
  • Conduct postdoctoral research in melanoma biology
  • Supervise students and technical assistants
  • Conduct and analyze in vitro and in vivo experiments
  • Perform bioinformatic analyses of single-cell and spatial omics data
