Description

In this role, you will tackle complex business challenges by analyzing requirements and developing automated systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve consulting with stakeholders, leading teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvement while engaging with military and civilian leaders.

Requirements

• •Minimum adjudicated Secret Clearance and qualification for TS/SCI clearance
• •BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized experience or AA/AS + 7 years recent specialized experience or major certification + 7 years recent specialized experience or 11 years of recent specialized experience
• •Project Management Professional or Lean Six Sigma Certification within 6 months
• •Knowledge of DESMF and ITIL
• •Knowledge of Business Relationship Management techniques
• •Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
• •ITIL v3/v4 Certification
• •Scrum Alliance Certification
• •Adaptability to changing circumstances
• •Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
• •Experience with DoD IT security requirements
• •Experience managing asset accuracy to Critical Success Factors
• •DoD 8570.01 Certification Compliance

Tasks

• •Analyze complex business problems for automated systems
• •Provide technical expertise in developing cost-effective systems and procedures
• •Create business, functional, and technical specifications based on customer requirements
• •Consult with customers and business owners on existing services and automated systems
• •Manage course of action analysis and decision briefings
• •Conduct analysis of alternatives and business impact assessments
• •Perform risk analysis for business processes
• •Lead cross-functional teams to resolve business or systems issues
• •Identify process improvement opportunities and document requirements
• •Analyze demand signal trends within the organization
• •Engage military, civilian, and partner nation leaders in strategic management
• •Train and lead teams in transformation using industry best practices
• •Apply knowledge of incident response processes including detection and remediation
