- Friendly, positive communication and hands-on mentality
- Ownership and teamwork
- Basic accounting knowledge and comfort with numbers
- Very good German, English, and French skills (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Communicate confidently with international partners
- Handle partner requests competently and service-oriented
- Work efficiently in systems like MS Office and SAP
- Act as a key interface between Sales Partners and DKV departments
- Respond to partner inquiries professionally and solution-oriented
- Create lasting positive experiences for partners
- Serve as the first point of contact for Sales Partners
- Deliver training on process changes and new products
- Explain complex products like Toll, Refund, and eMobility
- Support partners with high integrity and customer focus

- Vocational certification
