- 8+ years release management or delivery coordination
- End-to-end release ownership and multi-team orchestration
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of deployment sequencing, backend freezes, data load constraints, release modelling
- Experience with cloud/on-premise environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, backend integrations (plus)
- Automotive OTA release or OEM delivery experience (advantage)
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, stakeholder management skills
- German business communication (mandatory)
Tasks
- Manage end-to-end release and deployment activities
- Coordinate planning, execution, approvals, and communication
- Monitor release KPIs and manage deployment risks
- Resolve release irregularities and failures
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments
- Handle backend freeze windows and technical dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and OEM stakeholders
- Support cloud and on-premise deployments
- Drive continuous process improvements
