Regulatory Reporting and Capital Risk Manager(m/w/x)
Managing regulatory reporting and capital risk for a wealth-building fintech serving 5M+ clients. ICAAP/ICARA evolution and Pillar 1/3 reporting ownership required. Flexible culture, challenging projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Engineering, or Data Science
- At least 3 years relevant professional experience in regulatory reporting at a bank or in consulting/auditing at a Big 4 firm
- Solid understanding of prudential regulatory frameworks (CRR/CRD, IFR/IFD) and experience with ICAAP and/or ICARA processes
- Familiarity with Pillar 1 capital requirements and Pillar 3 disclosure obligations
- High reliability, strong eye for detail, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English for internal team communication
Tasks
- Manage end-to-end regulatory reporting framework
- Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Drive evolution of ICAAP and ICARA frameworks
- Play hands-on role in capital planning and stress testing
- Own and manage Pillar 1, Pillar 3, and EU/German statistical reporting
- Monitor regulatory developments and implement new requirements
- Define necessary data specifications and reporting logic
- Manage group's ICAAP and ICARA processes
- Identify and assess risks for capital adequacy
- Document ICAAP and ICARA processes
- Lead wind-down planning and recovery indicator monitoring
- Coordinate stress testing and scenario analysis
- Evaluate capital resilience under adverse conditions
- Support capital planning and forecasting
- Work closely with Finance and Risk
- Ensure adequate capital buffers
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes
- Automate reporting processes and controls
- Enhance data quality within regulatory framework
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
- Reduce manual effort in capital adequacy processes
