- Coordinate with external legal experts
- Design and deliver internal compliance trainings
- Support AML-related processes and reporting
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance assessments
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual risk reporting
- Serve as main point of contact for BaFin, auditors, legal counsel, and tax consultants
- Contribute to risk management at KVG and fund levels
- Address IT and operational risks
- Strengthen and embed Earlybird’s ESG strategy
- Suggest and implement process, tool, and workflow improvements
