- Coordinate audits in Germany and Poland
- Monitor storage conditions at the distribution center
- Improve the Food Safety Management System
- Coordinate testing with third-party laboratories
- Document and manage technical non-conformities
- Lead root cause and fishbone analyses
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Manage supplier claims and non-conformity reports
- Handle quality-related customer complaints
- Lead rapid responses for health-related complaints
- Analyze complaint trends for quality improvements
- Liaise with German and Polish food authorities
- Conduct bi-annual mock traceability recalls
