- •Knowledge of cosmetics, chemicals, or fragrances
- •Fluent English and German language skills
- •Experience with product activities and trends
- •Knowledge of regulatory systems and databases
- •Knowledge of industry requirements and legislation
- •Knowledge of global regulatory issues
- •Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- •Experience engaging with partners and customers
- •Willingness to travel within Europe

- •Deliver product safety and legislative expertise to customers and regulatory bodies
- •Identify and assess early regulatory issues to develop mitigation strategies

- •Advise the business on safety and regulatory development risks
- •Interpret and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- •Represent the company at local industry trade associations
- •Influence partners regarding upcoming regulations and issues management
