Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training or comparable degree
  • Several years of professional experience in sales with proven success
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Solid knowledge and experience with CRM and ERP systems
  • Confident and secure demeanor
  • Resilience, independence, creativity, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge in the housing industry is a plus
  • Good technical understanding and willingness to travel

Tasks

  • Manage and nurture assigned key accounts
  • Acquire new clients
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies
  • Create tailored, customer-focused proposals
  • Present proposals effectively on-site
  • Represent Techem at housing industry associations
  • Initiate and conduct customer events and promotional activities
  • Collaborate closely with regional customer management and premium partner support
  • Document all sales activities accurately in the relevant systems
