Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training or comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in sales with proven success
- High customer and service orientation
- Solid knowledge and experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Confident and secure demeanor
- Resilience, independence, creativity, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge in the housing industry is a plus
- Good technical understanding and willingness to travel
Tasks
- Manage and nurture assigned key accounts
- Acquire new clients
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies
- Create tailored, customer-focused proposals
- Present proposals effectively on-site
- Represent Techem at housing industry associations
- Initiate and conduct customer events and promotional activities
- Collaborate closely with regional customer management and premium partner support
- Document all sales activities accurately in the relevant systems
