Requirements

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Kosmetikbranche und Vertrieb
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Training und Coaching
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 50 % und gültiger Führerschein
  • Kenntnisse über Hautpflegewirkstoffe und Hautbedürfnisse
  • Eigenmotivation, Organisationsstärke und Follow-up-Kompetenz
  • Starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Beauty- oder Ästhetikbranche
  • Staatlich geprüfte/r Kosmetiker:in oder entsprechende Lizenz
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Minimum 3+ years of esthetics and sales experience
  • Minimum 2+ years esthetics and sales training experience
  • Extensive travel (50%) and valid driving license
  • Knowledge of skin care ingredients and concerns
  • Sense of urgency, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Customer & Service focused
  • Fluency in German language
  • Beauty or aesthetics industry experience
  • Esthetician license
  • Fluency in English

Tasks

  • Install new devices within 14 days
  • Run refresher training and Academy days
  • Coordinate device handovers with Sales Managers
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers
  • Support training programs and HFX franchises
  • Perform treatments for corporate and marketing initiatives
  • Execute field programs to drive utilization
  • Log training notes in the CRM system
  • Communicate follow-up steps within 24 hours
  • Analyze field trends for the Sales Director
  • Support industry tradeshows and corporate events
  • Maintain high CRM data quality standards
