Sales of Connected Site hardware/software for civil construction projects, building relationships with equipment dealers. Construction equipment dealer experience and civil engineering business knowledge required; tech solutions experience a plus. Extensive regional travel, independent client portfolio management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales
- Experience in channel development
- Successful experience with construction equipment dealers
- Business knowledge in civil engineering
- Ideally experienced in technology solutions for construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Proficient knowledge of civil construction applications
- Product knowledge is a bonus
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Fluency in English and German
Tasks
- Develop Connected Site solutions for customers.
- Increase market share through strategic sales.
- Build key relationships with end-users.
- Support ongoing dealer development programs.
- Foster long-term business with equipment dealers.
- Conduct distributor training and demonstrations.
- Interface with major regional accounts.
- Deliver joint educational sales presentations.
- Lead Annual Review Meetings with key accounts.
- Assist in training distribution sales personnel.
- Evaluate market potential using data analytics.
- Participate in technical communications and training.
- Ensure dealer involvement in new product releases.
- Provide insights on competitive products.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels.

- High school diploma
