Requirements
- •Proven track record in MEWP sales
- •Willingness to travel extensively across Scandinavia
- •Experience working with international OEMs in access equipment or construction machinery
- •Solid technical understanding of MEWPs
- •Excellent communication skills in English
- •Self-driven, structured, and reliable working style
- •Strong market knowledge in Nordic rental and construction equipment
- •Experience representing products at exhibitions, customer demos, and roadshows

Tasks
- •Develop and expand the XCMG MEWP market in Scandinavia
- •Acquire new dealers and strengthen relationships with existing partners
- •Build direct customer relationships with rental companies and construction firms
- •Represent XCMG at regional trade fairs and customer events
- •Conduct on-site demonstrations and product testing sessions
- •Drive strategic growth of profitable MEWP categories
- •Support the rollout of new electric and lithium-powered MEWP models
- •Ensure dealers maintain adequate stock and demo units
- •Collaborate with Chinese senior management through monthly meetings
