Requirements

  • Completed technical degree or high technical affinity
  • Several years of successful B2B technical sales experience, including project-based technical sales; pharma industry experience preferred
  • German and English fluency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving, analytical thinking, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Good MS Office 365 and Salesforce skills
  • High willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events

Tasks

  • Expand sales in the EMEA region
  • Strengthen strategic market position
  • Achieve strategic sales targets
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers
  • Identify customer needs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Serve as primary customer contact
  • Create development plans for customers
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports
  • Maintain the CRM system
  • Manage marketing activities
  • Organize trade fairs and events
  • Lead negotiations with customers
  • Close agreements with customers
  • Collaborate with technical sales departments
  • Follow up on proposals
  • Maintain relationships with Technical Sales Managers
  • Report to SVP Sales Körber Pharma EMEA
