Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field
  • •1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience ideally within life sciences, biotechnology, or B2B technical markets
  • •Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • •Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Folloze, or similar platforms
  • •Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
  • •Solid understanding of GDPR and best practices for compliant marketing communications
  • •Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • •Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • •Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required

Tasks

  • •Support the rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns across EMEA
  • •Localize global marketing assets for regional relevance
  • •Assist in creating audience-targeted content
  • •Coordinate regional promotions and pricing communications
  • •Contribute to lead-generation campaigns and segmentation lists
  • •Create and optimize webpages, metadata, and SEO content
  • •Assist with A/B testing for digital tactics
  • •Track campaign performance and prepare regional marketing reports
  • •Monitor customer engagement and promotion uptake
  • •Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure compliance with GDPR
  • •Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across EMEA
