Requirements
- •Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar
- •Recognized HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor)
- •Minimum 5 years of HSE leadership experience in a multi-site industrial or manufacturing environment
- •Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with a hands-on mindset
- •Business-oriented thinking and passion for safety excellence
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- •Willingness to travel across Western Europe

- •Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- •Support country and local HSE managers across over 50 plants
- •Act as a liaison to Corporate HSE and the global HSE network
