Requirements
- •Degree or apprenticeship in engineering, automotive technology, or similar technical field, or substantial work experience in lieu
- •5+ years of experience in operational project management or scheduling environments
- •3+ years of indirect people management experience, ideally in a technical and operational setting
- •Skilled in managing internal and external stakeholders; experience in vendor performance management is a plus
- •Strong analytical, scheduling, and budgeting skills with a focus on efficiency and quality
- •Confident communicator and leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment; travel to internal stations and external vendors is required

- •Coordinate maintenance and repair scheduling activities
- •Collaborate with technicians and damage control managers on repair strategy
- •Interface with fleet management and revenue teams on vehicle transfers
- •Monitor and improve fleet condition processes at stations
- •Step in as Station Fleet Condition Manager during peak periods
- •Deliver training to station staff on fleet condition management
- •Track vendor performance and align corrective actions
- •Ensure station readiness to meet repair and turnaround targets
- •Prepare and oversee scheduling initiatives like recalls and inspections
- •Provide feedback to market and maintenance leads on performance indicators
- •Support optimization of fleet condition processes across all stations
