Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in SAP project delivery
  • Multinational project experience
  • More than 3 years of experience in Risk Management
  • Ability to work with strong autonomy and organize multi-profile teams
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of management
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and motivate people
  • Willingness to travel for 20 - 40%
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably other languages

Tasks

  • Implement and execute Delivery Assurance Processes for selected Consulting projects
  • Conduct independent risk reviews during the bid phase
  • Perform risk assessments as part of the handover process
  • Manage operational risks and conduct risk assessments
  • Ensure execution and follow-up of risk mitigation activities
  • Conduct Quality Assurance reviews on selected processes
  • Monitor project finances
  • Execute escalation qualifications and manage the recovery process for project escalations
  • Support continuous improvement of Risk & QA Management processes in the region
