- •More than 5 years of experience in SAP project delivery
- •Multinational project experience
- •More than 3 years of experience in Risk Management
- •Ability to work with strong autonomy and organize multi-profile teams
- •Strong communication skills with all levels of management
- •Ability to influence key stakeholders and motivate people
- •Willingness to travel for 20 - 40%
- •Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably other languages

- •Implement and execute Delivery Assurance Processes for selected Consulting projects
- •Conduct independent risk reviews during the bid phase
- •Perform risk assessments as part of the handover process
- •Manage operational risks and conduct risk assessments
- •Ensure execution and follow-up of risk mitigation activities
- •Conduct Quality Assurance reviews on selected processes
- •Monitor project finances
- •Execute escalation qualifications and manage the recovery process for project escalations
- •Support continuous improvement of Risk & QA Management processes in the region
