- Experience in recruiting coordination at technology, aerospace, or manufacturing company
- Experience supporting hiring in a scaling environment
- Exposure to pre-offer compliance workflows
- Experience coordinating salaried professional and hourly hiring
Tasks
- Own interview scheduling for EMEA roles
- Coordinate multi-stage interview panels across Europe
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Support pre-offer and onboarding documentation workflows
- Keep the recruiting pipeline operational
- Schedule intake meetings and debrief sessions
- Track feedback submissions and flag SLA risks
- Coordinate on-site interview days in Berlin
- Maintain accurate scheduling data in Greenhouse
- Monitor scorecard SLA compliance for interviews
- Follow up with interviewers for timely feedback
- Escalate interview delays impacting hiring timelines
- Share best practices with global coordination teammates
- Provide coverage during peak periods or absences
- Support recruiting events and employer branding activities
