- Maintain a safe workplace
- Prepare and contribute to reports on hospitality and facility services
- Offer insights to enhance daily operations
- Handle incoming calls and direct them efficiently
- Take messages when required
- Assist with facility management projects
- Support planning, coordination, and follow-up for facility projects
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Support the facilities team
- Ensure smooth daily operations
