Requirements
- •Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Embedded Systems, or similar
- •Relevant work experience in Microcontroller, FPGA, SoC design, or verification
- •Experience using Microchip Libero and Xilinx Vivado
- •Solid C Programming knowledge on embedded systems
- •Solid VHDL or Verilog knowledge
- •Hands-on mentality working in the laboratory
- •Experience with programming and using laboratory equipment for electronics measurements
- •Knowledge of radiation effects and related failure mechanisms in electronic circuits
- •Digital circuit design and layout experience is a plus
- •Knowledge of environmental qualification and relevant standards is a plus

Tasks
- •Write and verify C code in microcontrollers for space quality standards
- •Modify C code for radiation testing
- •Verify VHDL code for FPGA functions
- •Modify VHDL code for radiation testing
- •Provide input on analog and digital circuit board designs
- •Suggest radiation effect mitigations for design reliability
- •Develop test setups for radiation qualification of flight hardware
- •Program microcontrollers and analyze existing code
- •Design, analyze, and verify FPGA using VHDL
- •Collaborate with systems engineers to understand system functions
- •Implement optimal test setups for radiation testing
- •Verify the usage of radiation mitigations
- •Write test software to monitor systems under radiation
- •Create and adapt Python test scripts for automation
