- Knowledge of Automation and tightening technique
- 5+ years mechanical design for automation
- Experience with feeding solutions (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with SolidWorks
- Knowledge of automation and motion systems
- Familiarity with pneumatic and servo-driven mechanisms
- Innovative mindset
- Interest in technological trends and customer cooperation
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and smart automation
- Understanding of PLC integration and sensors
- Very good English and German skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
Tasks
- Create new products for automated feeding systems
- Design innovative feeding and tightening modules
- Combine core products into automation solutions
- Test latest automation and robotics technologies
- Perform mechanical analyses for durability and performance
- Develop rapid prototypes and concept analyses
- Provide technical support to all customers
- Prepare technical documentation and assembly instructions
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations
- Support international product launches and on-site maintenance
