Description

In this role, you will ensure quality standards are met by inspecting parts and materials, developing inspection methods, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues. Daily responsibilities will include problem-solving and documenting results to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• •Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field
• •3–5 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• •Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools and equipment
• •Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and quality standards
• •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• •Proficiency in documentation and reporting of inspection results
• •Knowledge of inspection planning and audit processes
• •Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• •Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• •Ability to adapt inspection methods to evolving requirements

Tasks

• •Inspect purchased parts, materials, components, and equipment for accuracy and compliance
• •Develop and refine inspection methods for manufactured parts
• •Determine methods, sequences, and procedures for inspection
• •Perform intermediate inspections
• •Utilize drawings, specifications, and industry standards to adapt inspection tools and procedures
• •Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• •Document results by recording detailed test results and preparing quality problem reports
• •Conduct intermediate problem-solving to identify root causes and implement solutions
• •Apply statistical methods and use precision measuring tools, gauges, and equipment, including CMM
• •Develop audit methods, sequences, and procedures
• •Perform basic audits
