- Advanced qualifications in quality or process management, or business administration degree or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge and experience with Quality Management concepts (ISO 9000 series), not limited to maritime industry

Tasks
- Define management system standards
- Manage system development and improvement projects
- Manage feedback and revision processes for the management system
- Support document owners in content development and revision
- Manage the Management of Change (MoC) process
- Track and follow up on change requests
- Manage internal and external office audit programs
- Track deviations and improvement potentials from audits
- Coordinate audit follow-up with stakeholders
- Identify and conduct management system training programs
- Support retrieval of KPIs for reviews
- Manage the vendor management process
- Track vendor deviations and improvement potentials
- Coordinate vendor follow-up with stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
