Quality Conformity Engineer - Production(m/w/x)
Product conformity verification and internal certification for defence AI systems. 8+ years QA experience in electronics or machinery required. Flexible shifts, relocation support, and VSOP options.
Requirements
- Professional education in electronics, mechanics, or mechatronics (Technician or Industry master)
- Min. 8 years of quality assurance experience in electronics, machinery, plant engineering, automotive, or aerospace
- Applied and proven experience on conformity control measures and evaluation/validation, inspection methods (GVI / DVI) or via test/measurement equipment
- Good understanding of special processes (advantageous)
- Capability to read, understand, and apply technical documents (Engineering drawings / Inspection procedures / industry Norms)
- Experience in maintaining IT Software applications like MS Office, QA SW
- SAP experience and capability to prepare a CoC (essential)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to assert oneself and respect other positions
- Process oriented attitude and mindset
- Flexibility and creativity to achieve goals
- Good communication skills in English
- German language skills (advantageous)
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Readiness for business trips
- Encouraged to apply even if not meeting all qualifications
Tasks
- Verify product conformity
- Own internal product certification
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams
- Conduct product conformity controls and inspections
- Create and validate conformity certification documentation
- Manage Non-Conform Item process
- Drive root cause corrective actions and improvements
- Control blocked and quarantined materials
- Support production team on Quality Assurance
- Contribute to internal and external audits
- Participate in APQP activities
- Develop, monitor, and review KPIs
- Ensure compliance with QMS and EN9100 standards
