- Extensive knowledge of EASA regulations (Part 21, 145) and EN 9100 QMS
- Knowledge of LufBw and FAA requirements
- Trained Auditor qualification
- Leadership and Team Management experience or skills
- Team leadership experience or skills
- Proficient use of MS Office and MS Visio
- Fluent German (C1) and Business English
- Willingness to travel globally
- Reliable, independent working style
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace or quality management
- Desirable qualified further education in quality management (e.g., Q-Manager, quality engineer, quality technician DGQ)
Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage and lead Certifying Staff.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager on Capability List.
- Coordinate and manage EASA/LBA and LufABw audits.
- Maintain and develop quality system documentation.
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on corrective actions.
- Identify root causes for issues.
- Implement effective long-term solutions.
- Create quality management plans.
- Support Head of Quality on management system reviews.
- Collect, analyze, and report key performance indicators.
- Respond to internal and external regulatory inquiries.
- Provide support to ensure quality system compliance.
