Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline

Tasks
- Manage quality assurance specialists and budget
- Define and implement QA framework for TSS
- Measure effectiveness and efficiency of QA processes
- Provide QA support for EUMETSAT satellite and ground systems
- Implement software quality assurance
- Monitor QA requirement implementation
- Guide and support anomaly and incident investigations
- Facilitate risk management and lessons learned
- Promote continual improvement in maintenance and operations
- Support process definition and documentation
- Ensure compliance with EUMETSAT Management System
- Assist in harmonising EUMETSAT-wide QA processes
- Conduct internal and external quality audits
